About induction heating  

Induction heating is a form of non-contact heating for conductive materials. 

When alternating current  flows in induced coil, varying electromagnetic is set up around the coil, eddy current is generated in the work piece (the work piece must be electrically conductive).

-Limitations of voltage, current and power output which prevents the equipment from operating beyond  permissible limits without stopping operation.

-Protection circuit instantly turns off the transistors of the inverter in the event of short circuit at the  output, or some other electrical overload that cannot be limited. 

-Monitoring of the supply voltage which prevents equipment operation when the incoming power is    beyond the specification range or missing a phase. 

-Temperature and water flow sensors, which protect the equipment in the event of excessive heat or    lack of water for cooling.

-Automatically decreasing output power when the oscillation circuit is outside the systems frequency  range. 

-It has complete selfprotect functions: such as many types of alarm lamps: over-current, overvoltage,

 over hot, water shortage etc, can also control and protect itself.
